The series takes you on a global voyage of culinary discovery where you’ll visit Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the USA, Vietnam and much more.

You’ll experience many kinds of gourmet cuisine from Greek, Italian, Malay, Sicilian, Indian and Chinese to everything fresh and fishy from Australia and New Zealand to California.

If you think you’ve tasted every kind of fish – think again. Our hosts cook abalone, crab, prawns, barramundi, flounder, tuna, stingray, squid, trout, whiting and octopus just to name a few.

Award winning chefs Michael Angelakis and Michael Keelan – affectionately called ‘the two Michaels’ – cook up their dishes on trawlers, oyster barges, riverboats, a navy destroyer, a submarine , a luxury charter boat, on beaches and in the Australian outback; you name it and they’ve probably cooked on it, in it or under it!

Meanwhile glamorous TV personality Emma Forster takes us on a voyage of discovery at each location. She tours areas to learn about local customs, cultures and traditions; visits volcanoes, sinkholes, rainforests and soaks up the atmosphere of unique festivals. Being a bit of a daredevil we find her sand surfing, diving, kayaking, parasailing and dangling from a skywire, among other pursuits.

The two Michaels and Emma take it out of the blue and on to the screen as they travel around the world to bring their weekly fun and fact filled recipes to viewers.
